As the company name recommends, Vantel Pearls sell pearl precious jewelry and pearl-related items.

Executive Director– maintain three or more personally recruited commission certified affiliates (2 which are Leaders), have at least 2 other Leaders in your team, keep a minimum of $1000 a month in sales and have a downline creating a minimum of $25,000 GV a month.

Note that an affiliate’s sales volume qualification does not include their own purchases.

Commission Qualification.

To receive commissions, a Vantel Pearls affiliate must create a minimum of $500 in individual sales over a constant two month rolling duration.

Note that an affiliate’s own purchase product is does not count towards this quota.

Retail Commissions.

Vantel Pearls affiliates receive a base 25% commission on products they sell to retail clients.

New Recruits get 25% retail commissions.
Consultants get 25% or 30% if they create $4000 or more in month-to-month personal sales volume.
Star Professional get 29% or 34% if they create $4000 or more in monthly personal sales volume.
Leaders get 32% or 37% if they produce $4000 or more in monthly personal sales volume.
Star Leaders get 33% or 38% if they generate $4000 or more in month-to-month personal sales volume.
Directors and Executive Directors get 34% or 39% if they create $4000 or more in month-to-month individual sales volume.
Star Executive Directors receive 36% or 41% if they generate $4000 or more in month-to-month personal sales volume.
Residual Commissions.
Residual commissions in Vantel Pearls are paid by means of a unilevel settlement structure.

A unilevel compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel group, with every personally hired affiliate positioned directly under them (level 1):.

If any level 1 affiliates hire brand-new affiliates, they are put on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel group.

I’m familiar with pearl fashion jewelry (not intimately familiar), however the entire concept of canned oyster fashion jewelry was a new principle to me.
